Q: I forgot my PIN. What do I do? A: If you have lost or forgotten your PIN, go to our login page here, and click on the "Forgot Your PIN?" button. You will be asked for your Account Phone Number and should automatically sent an email with your PIN number. If that does not help or your email has changed since you signed up for our service, you may retrieve your PIN by contacting Customer Service via phone or Live Help. You will be asked a series of questions to confirm your identity.
